PAYMENT

A.Kjærbede ApS accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Anyday, Paypal.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account according to the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The order is only accepted when we have completed and shipped it after we have received your order. Until then, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

A. Kjærbede ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300,- DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and can vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by your order total, your chosen flex payment and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will apply. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. DELIVERY

The delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days, but we strive to deliver first next business day.

A. Kjærbede ApS ships goods with the following: GLS Pakkeshop where possible.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURN:

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The period for the 14 days full right of withdrawal starts on the day the order is delivered.

You will receive the return label by email, print it and hand it in at a GLS Pakkeshop together with the package. The item must be returned in its original packaging with polybag, hangtags etc. and all return costs are borne by the customer.

When creating a return label with a value of 39dkr, we reserve the right to reduce this amount (39dkr) in the total return amount.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded in the return amount.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with order confirmation, polybag, hangtags etc.
Write the order number on the box with a tush or ballpoint pen.

It is not possible to return the goods physically at the address.

 

EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we cannot handle an exchange and we therefore ask you to return your item as described above. If you want a different item, simply place a new order for the desired item.

THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with polybag, hangtags etc.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to A. Kjærbede APS to assess the condition of the item.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in material and workmanship.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to A. Kjærbede ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 14 days is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The claim is waived in case of incorrect or irregular use of the product.

A. Kjærbede ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, it is only registered in our customer directory. You can have your data deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with A. Kjærbede ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.

The personal data is registered with A. Kjærbede APS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

The director and employees of A. Kjærbede ApS have access to the information registered about you.

In the event of a complaint, our e-mail address must be stated: kontakt@akjaerbede.com and the website you purchased the item on.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus (link).
