RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS
You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased through our website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day your order is delivered.
For returns from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Finland – please follow this link and create a return label: CREATE RETURN LABEL
You will receive the return label by email. Print it and hand in the package at a GLS Parcel Shop. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including polybag, hangtags, etc. All return costs are covered by the customer.
When creating a return label with a value of 9€, we reserve the right to deduct this amount (9€) from the total refund amount.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

The item must be returned in its original packaging together with the order confirmation, polybag, hangtags, etc. Please write the order number clearly on the parcel using a marker or pen.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, please return your item according to the return instructions above. If you would like a different item, simply place a new order for the desired product.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means you may try the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including polybag, hangtags, etc.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used and of reduced value. This means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. It is up to A. Kjærbede ApS to assess the condition of the item.
CLAIMS / WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.
Claims regarding defects or faults must be reported to A. Kjærbede ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the product. A period of 14 days is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect or improper use of the product.
A. Kjærbede ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
